When I'm resurrected for judgment,will a fellow zombie accidentally step on my hands as I climb from the grave?

It happens in Return of the Living Dead, and that was just one tiny cemetery. On Judgment Day, there'll be billions resurrected at the same time, and I don't want to fall into someone's grave or have them step on mine.
