Opinions/reviews of a Cordoba C5-CE acoustic-electric guitar?

I started playing with a clic Fender Strat electric, and am now making the transition over to acoustic. I checked out some reviews online, but they weren't too helpful...I'm just wondering if, overall, is this a decent guitar, as far as the sound goes? I want it to be worth the money.
