Received a pottery vase with USA on bottom. Is that a Hull or McCoy or not? Display it ?or use as a planter?

If it has a USA on the bottom, it more than likely is a Hull or McCoy. As for display or use, whatever you wish. These were manufactured to be useful items, so feel free to use it or display it as you wish.
