What's this world coming to?

Anyone read the article in time about some high school with the teenpact in Machusetts? Well the teen pact consist of girls who wants to get pregnant. So far 17 of them are adn they are all under the age of 16? What the???? The school nurse clinic had taken 150 pregnancy tests this school year. Reason, I'm not sure. Some say they want to be love unconditional? Nevermind that, sorry the parents has to pay for these kids, kids?
