Email Accounts!?

Anyway, my Mom does direct selling and often sends out newsletters and things to her contacts. Right now she currently uses Yahoo and when sending the emails your only allowed to do 100 an hour so it often takes about 10 hours to send out the newsletter to different contacts, is there a mail service that would allow her to send them out all at once free or not.
