I can't play videos or songs on yahoo music or aol music. Help!?

A error pops up every time I try to play something whether it be a video or a song whether it be on aol music or yahoo music. It's an error in windows media player. The error code is C00D11BB. It says it can't play the video or song because the protocol is not supported. I've tried downloading newer versions of WMP but that seems to make no difference because the stuff still want play. Can anyone help me?
