Question about being a bouncer?

I'm 6'1" and 250 lbs. I'm looking to make a little bit of extra money while I'm taking summer cles in Tuscaloosa, so I thought I would see about getting a job as a bouncer at a local bar/club. What are my odds of being hired and what kind of money does a bouncer generally make?
