What could this clear drainage be from? is it something i should worry about?

hello. i know this is embarrasing, but i recently had a tear from using the bathroom about a week ago. it healed and im thinking that this drainage is from some sorta puss from it healing. its not painful, but ive noticed that when i take a poo, it comes out smooth and i have real wet gas (which i beleive is from my being lubed from the puss).. i look into the toilet and there is a very small amount of puss in the toilet. its almost like when some girls have (after they use the restroom). im not sure if this could be from douche (which i just recently started using), or if its from a medication that the doctor said i may see in my stool (invega), even though its not in my stool :/ im worried that this may be something serious, but i dont want to worry over nothing. is this something that i should worry about? i know that i should be concerned, but not sure if its something seriously wrong with me. i beleive it may be healing and causing the puss. please let me know what you think. and please no rude comments. thanks
