Career Advice?

I run a small shopfitting company but I am looking to do something else in the quite periods. I have seen a thing called courier exchange and MTvan both say they can offer you self employed driving work which would be ideal for me but it will cost me �800 to set it up with van insurance and so on does any body now if this is worth while or is there anyone allready a member and could give me some advice.
