I ume you mean Go Green? People love to see their names in the paper, so have a section in which you can compliment specific people for their efforts to go green. People also like Q&A, so have an advice column about how to go green. Maybe you can put a suggestion box somewhere in the school and publish people's ideas. (Just be prepared for the jerks who put in stupidities, like some idiots on Yahoo Answers who think they're funny) There are several celebrities who support green causes, so you could publish info on them. You could also start contests and things like that. You could have a non-hurtful gossip column called "Caught Going Green" and use initials instead of names.
