Whats the effectiveness...?

Of a vasectomy? Please is there any chance of me falling pregnant after he's had it? I searched the net but i dont really understand the terms they use - anyone know any useful information for a girl with a dillemma? And please use stupid terms because im too thick to understand posh terms! Thank you evryone for helping xx
