My little brother keeps misbehaving?

try to praise him more for the good things he does, and to certain degree ignore when he does bad... like mouthing off and doing little annoying htings just to get under your skin. he'll come to realize that he's only getting atention from you when he is being good. as for your parents, i'm sorry, my dad was the same way. i wish you the best of luck and will be praying for you.
