License Suspension. Can I still get them before hand? I've paid my fines off.?

In September of 2006 I was out with some of my friends, they we drinking and what not and bad lead to worse.....then ended up going out and getting into a fight with some guys at like 1 in the morning......idiots...i know...lol. Well I was with them when they went to fight these guys....I just sat in the car, I wasn't enthused by the situation, in fact, I was petrified. Anywho, after the cops showed up one of the guys I was with came running back to the car, and decided it was best to try and out run the police. You couldn't imagine what was running through my mind, some drunk as*hole driving like a bat out of hell....with me in the penger seat, it wasn't my kind of fun. None the less, eventually he stopped the car....and got out running on foot, I wasn't stupid enough to try it, I didn't think I'd done anything wrong, besides being out past cerfew, but by the way that night was going, I wasn't too concerned about a cerfew charge.
