AM i pregnant ..i need advice asap please?

i havent had a period since sept 26 2010..which my periods are irregular..but my are very sensitive and they hurt especially after ...im feel really different and i look pale in the face and im startin to get a lil chunky in the face and i smell things that are not there ...could i be pregnant ?
