TURBO SCION TC what do i need to do to the motor to hold 23psi?

so i have a 2006 tc and i have a greddy turbo kit not enough power so what would i need to do to the internals to be able to push 23 pounds? rods, pistons, valve spring/retainer kit, and turbo cams let me know
