If i get a hysterectomy will that cure my pcos?

It won't change a thing unless you also have the ovaries removed. A hysterectomy only removes the uterus as a rule, unless combined with an oophorectomy- which is removal of the ovaries. They generally don't like to do that, since it puts you immediately into menopause, with all that entails. You would experience full blown menopause, instead of the more gradual process as nature does it. You'd lose all the benefits that even a small amount of functional ovary provides, and face all the health challenges all post menopausal women do. If you have severe PCOS, you can certainly discuss this option with your gyn- just make sure you weigh up all the benefits and costs before you make a decision. If you are young, say in your 20's- you really do want to hold on to those ovaries if you can. They may not work great, but they do work some.
